A Complete Success of Roof Lifting for the Second 150,000m3 Cryogenic Concrete Full Capacity Tank of Zhejiang Jiahua Energy undertaken by YPDI

The whole lifting process took only 2 hours and 48 minutes, the lifting speed was stable and the progress was smooth. It took only 6 months from the start of the concrete pouring of the caps on December 21, 2020 to the completion of this air-lifting. The ethane/ethylene tanks built this time has 3 more wall layers than the propane tanks that were lifted last month, and catch up with the construction period of nearly 20 days!
Different from the construction of several storage tanks with the same calibration volume at the same time in domestic projects, the shape parameters of the storage tanks are often the same. In this project, YPDI combines site conditions, investment analysis and other factors, takes the needs of the owner as the starting point and end point of all work, provides solutions, and designed two "customized specifications" cryogenic storage tanks for the owner: The outer tank of the low-temperature propane storage tank has a diameter of 89.4 meters, a roof height of about 32 meters, and a roof weight of about 1150 tons. It is a veritable "fat boy". While another tank with a height of about 38 meters and a top weight of about 700 tons, it looks more like a beautiful girl. "Non-standard customization" once again embodies YPDI's service concept centered on realizing the maximum value of customers, deep design details and engineering implementation capabilities.
Since YPDI successfully designed and constructed "the first domestic cryogenic ethylene tank" in 1995, it has successively participated in the design and construction of more than ten cryogenic storage tanks. The storage media include LNG, ethylene (ethane), and propylene (propane). , Butane, liquid ammonia, etc.; the form of storage tanks has also developed from the earliest single-containment tanks and metal full-containment tanks to the safest pre-stressed concrete full-containment tanks; the tank capacity also includes from 10,000 cubic meters to 160,000 cubic meters Various specifications. The successful topping of the project further consolidated YPDI's first-line position in petrochemical low-temperature storage and transportation, and urban gas peak shaving.
